How it works:
- Upload your picture/artwork using the highest resolution possible
- We will review it and let you know once it’s approved for production if there are any issues, we will contact you
- Then, we’ll start making and shipping your custom rug to you. You will get a tracking nr in the next few days
- Just a heads up, custom rugs are non-refundable.
- We cannot alter the content of your design (ex, make it grey or lighter, change the background, etc. the design is entirely on you)
- Also, all of them are subject to our team’s approval (no copyright infringement, adult content, or anything like that).
Care Instructions:
To handle spills effectively, promptly blot them with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Machine wash the rug with a mild, non-bleach detergent in cold water on a delicate cycle if needed. You can either hang the rug or tumble dry it using a delicate setting when drying. Keep in mind that not all rug sizes may fit in every machine. To prevent slipping, enhance cushioning, and improve durability, we highly recommend using a rug pad on all surfaces. When vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or adjust the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set it to low. Vacuum the entire length of the rug by turning and repeating the process for the next area, rather than using a back and forth motion.

- $24.99 for Eastern Canada
- $29.99 for Western Canada
