What is Rugmeup's return policy?
At Rugmeup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we allow hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We regret that we cannot accept returns from Canada at this time.
Please note that while we offer free shipping for orders, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of returning your item(s) will vary depending on the product and will be displayed during the return process. We offer discounted pricing on return labels to provide our customers with the best possible return rates.
Please keep in mind:
Our rugs are made to order and, as such, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Upon receiving your rug, please adhere to our return process if you need to return it.
The color of each rug may differ from what is shown on screen due to different lighting conditions and screen calibrations
Each rug size is rounded to the nearest foot, so actual dimensions vary slightly.
Once you initiate your return, you will receive an email containing a FedEx return label, which you can use to send the item back to us for a refund, minus the shipping cost.
Our Gift cards are not refundable, as they are issued and active right away.

What is the cost to return?
The return cost is determined by the specific item you are returning. When you initiate the return process, the cost will be presented to you, and it will be subtracted directly from your refund amount.
Does Rugmeup offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. However, we have an alternate solution for you! You can proceed with processing your return, and once that is completed, you can initiate a new order.
When can I expect to receive a refund for my return?
Once our returns department receives the package, you can anticipate receiving your refund within a span of 3 to 5 business days.
Is it possible to utilize a single label for multiple returns within the same order?
Unfortunately, it is necessary to process a separate return for each item individually. To ensure accurate refunds, please make sure to use the corresponding return label associated with each specific item.
